At D & D Custom Homes we believe that building a new home is a very personal decision. Dave Tucker, the founder and sole owner of D & D Custom Homes began building new homes in 1999, and founded the company in 2003. He believed there was a need in the market for a homebuilder that would listen to what the client had to say, and communicate with the buyer throughout the process to allow them (the buyer) to get their new home built in the way they deserved and desired.

From the very beginning we have made every effort to communicate with our customers to give them a new home built to the specifications that they desire, not to the specs of someone looking at a bunch off numbers from behind a desk. Although we have several standard plans that we are currently building, we will gladly build any plan you desire on either your lot or one of ours. We currently have lots and homes available in Hunter’s Hollow Subdivision located in the heart of Tipton County in Brighton, TN.

We also have larger lots available for your plan or ours. In Tipton County, TN we offer Harben Estates (2-5 Acre Lots with a lake located on Dawson Rd. Brighton, TN), Gladney Estates (5 Acre lots on Kelly Corner in Brighton, TN.), and in Fayette County we proudly offer Aston Park (1-5 Acre lots in Eads, TN.)

We will also work with you to modify not only our plans but any plan you may have. There are none that cannot be altered to fit your needs. The only limitation is your imagination. This allows us to offer you much more flexibility than a traditional “tract” builder with limited options. Dave and his staff are on every job daily throughout the construction process to insure that the house is not only built correctly, but on time and on budget as well. We also realize that providing the highest level of customer service takes a staff of dedicated professionals.
